Why Eat less , Move more can be incredibly hard

Simply you hear that eating less and moving more will help you lose extra body fats , however the application can be extremely hard . Our lives are full of daily challenges that can encounter our plans .
You can be facing a stressful job that feels insecure ,or having a frustrating relationship with your mother , your partner prefers junk food for dinners ,or you are witnessing an unreliable child care. Sometimes you wake up at nights and cannot fall back to sleep ,other days your knees hurt after working out ,feeling shame after eating sweets or taking anti anxiety medications can be the case .
These can reduce your ability to exercise due to stress, lack of time or physical ability. Moreover , our drive to eat increases due to stress , hormones or food quality , so “diet hacks,” “fast fixes,” and “easy solutions” make fat loss even harder than it needs to be. These approaches often promote overly restrictive and unnecessary rules that:
• eliminate carbs or sugar , classify food into good and bad food , encourage dietary perfection you can enjoy greater flexibility in what you eat and how you exercise—and still get the lasting results you want
One of the most successfully proven strategies is , Addition NOT subtraction .
Instead of taking away foods that do not align with , or serve your goal like pizza , cookies and chocolate , add more of the nutritious food that wil serve your goal and help your future like healthy carbs , lean protein , healthy fats and veggies. This means , Eat more vegetables. Eat more fruit. Eat more whole grains and legumes. Eat more lean protein. Use the strategy of crowding out less processed options rather than cutting off processed foods . Add more NEAT ie: non exercise activity thermogenesis ,more movement to your day like parking far away, use the stairs instead of escalators ,take your dog into an extra walk or , shop in a mall instead of online . All these daily steps add up . And always remember that perfection is not required at all , only consistency is all you need . Even if your consistency was 10 % you will reach your goals.

Bottom line:

Always create the system which is suitable for your lifestyle, emotional life ,and daily challenges . Make it simple , flexible and doable to guarantee consistency .
