NO. We don’t offer meal plans and we’re extremely proud of this !
At THE HEALTH HUB we DON’T create meal plans because they are too restrictive, inflexible, and unsustainable. Moreover , their results are short – termed.
On the other hand, with us you will become your own master and your own health coach and this is OUR PROMISE . You will learn what are the types of foods you should be eating more and which to eat less of . You will also learn your portions and timings to eat. So we provide you with lists of foods with their portions for you to choose from at each meal, besides you are coached about food and what do they do to your body , the difference between processed and healthy and so on . Besides this, our programs provide educational content and this will help you to be your own Health Coach .
Besides working on nutrition , our programs offer intensive 1:1 coaching to work the psychological aspects and elevate mindset.
Some recipes are offered , to give you ideas not to restrict you.
You will understand your body signals for real and fake hunger and learn how to deal with them.You will be able to eat when truly hungry only. We will provide you with recipes and motivational quotes ,inspiring tips and consistent follow up to keep you on track . You will also learn how to plan your own meals in a sustainable way and how to stay on track whether you are on vacation, attending an event or traveling.
Our target is to make things flexible, clear and precise enough to help you see results and to make you the MASTER over food and your own HEALTH COACH .
