How mindset affects our lifestyle and health progress

Lets dig deep inside and check what can be stopping our progress. The idea of ALL versus NONE or BLACK verses WHITE.
This means that you are either seeking perfection in eating , making your salad , working out and more or you leave it all together. You don’t have a GREY AREA in between, which is actually the key for consistency and success .
Lets imagine that you overate at a certain day , this does not mean a FALUIRE , simply be back on track the ne t meal .it not an ALL or NONE The same applies to working out. Practicing 5 minutes of simple walking is an action done .your workout DOES NOT have to be a full hour of physical activity in the gym , however it can be a simple action like jumping the rope with your kids at home. This mindset will help you stay CONSISTENT which is the KEY of success.

Conclusion
Perfection is slow death. Always practice the 5 minutes' action concept which is doing the action even if it was small or minor. Just keep consistent NOT perfect.
